Working model and pricing

How an engagement starts, how fees are structured and who owns the accounts.

What kind of agency is Moon Workshop?
Moon Workshop is an agency that has operated since 2013, combining digital performance marketing and software development under one roof. It holds Google Partner and Meta Business Partner certifications, and works from two offices: Antalya city center and the Antalya OIZ Technopark.
How is your ad management fee determined?
Management fees are not a fixed list price. They depend on ad spend, the number of campaigns and markets, and any extra scope such as creative production, landing pages or measurement setup. We start with a free account audit and then share a proposal that states the scope and the fee explicitly. Nothing is charged before you approve it.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Performance campaigns need time to learn and optimize, so engagements are usually planned in monthly cycles with an initial horizon of a few months. Software work runs on a project-based contract instead. Terms and termination conditions are stated clearly in the proposal.
Who owns the ad accounts?
Ad accounts, measurement properties and the data layer always belong to the client. Moon Workshop works on them with manager-level access. When an engagement ends, access is handed back: the account, its history and the conversion setup stay with you.
What does the free account audit include?
The audit reviews campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience and keyword choices, the accuracy of conversion tracking, ad copy and landing page alignment. You receive a report listing the findings and the prioritized actions. Read-only access to your ad account is enough to run it.

Meta advertising

Facebook and Instagram campaigns, creative production and measurement.

Which businesses are Meta ads suitable for?
Meta ads work well where demand has not yet turned into search queries and where visuals drive the purchase decision: e-commerce, service businesses, local businesses, healthcare and tourism. For products with low search volume but strong visual appeal, Meta is usually the first channel to test.
Who produces the ad creatives and videos?
Creative production is defined as part of the scope. You can supply your existing assets, or Moon Workshop can produce statics and short videos formatted for each placement. Either way, creatives are tested in variants and refreshed based on performance.
How do privacy changes affect Meta measurement?
Browser and operating system tracking restrictions leave pixel-only measurement with gaps. That is why server-side Conversions API setup, aggregated event measurement configuration and domain verification are standard practice for us. It makes conversion reporting back to the platform considerably more stable.
Should Google Ads and Meta ads run together?
It is not mandatory, but the two channels do different jobs: Google Ads captures existing demand, while Meta creates it and keeps the brand top of mind. With a limited budget it is healthier to test which one returns faster, then add the second channel. The recommended split is included in the audit report.

E-commerce

Product feeds, profit-focused measurement and platform integrations.

What does e-commerce consulting cover?
The scope covers product feed management, category and campaign structure, conversion rate optimization, abandoned cart flows, price and stock synchronization, and the balance between marketplaces and your own store. When it runs alongside ad management, the measurement layer is built by the same team.
Why does the product feed matter so much?
In Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, the product feed largely determines the ad itself. If title, product type, brand, GTIN, image or availability fields are incomplete, products either fail to show or appear against the wrong queries. That is why feed optimization comes before campaign settings.
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
We can work with common hosted platforms, open source systems and custom-built e-commerce software. What matters is not the platform name but whether the data layer and product feed can be modified. If a closed platform imposes limits, the audit report states exactly which measurement cannot be implemented.
How should I set my ROAS target?
A ROAS target should be built on gross margin, not revenue. You calculate break-even ROAS after cost of goods, shipping, return rate, commissions and operating costs, then set the target above it. That way campaigns are optimized toward genuine profitability rather than the appearance of it.

SEO and GEO

Organic visibility and being citable in generative search engines.

How long does SEO take to show an effect?
Technical fixes can show their effect relatively quickly once crawling refreshes, while content and authority work plays out over months. SEO therefore complements advertising rather than replacing it. Progress is reported across four layers: rankings, impressions, clicks and conversions.
What is GEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of making content understandable and citable by generative search systems such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. In practice it means clear definitions, structured data, question-shaped headings, tables and factual statements that can be attributed. GEO does not replace classic SEO; it is layered on top of it.
Should SEO and advertising run together?
Run together, the two channels feed each other. Ad data shows which search terms actually convert, and that informs content prioritization. Growing organic traffic then reduces dependence on paid clicks for the same terms.
Who writes the content?
Moon Workshop prepares the content plan; writing is either handled by the agency or produced together with your in-house specialists. In expertise-heavy fields such as healthcare, law and finance we ask that a qualified specialist reviews the text. Every published piece carries its sources and a last-updated date.

Software projects

Web, e-commerce, CRM and mobile app development.

What kind of software projects do you take on?
We build corporate websites, e-commerce software, landing page sets, CRM and automation systems, and mobile applications. Projects are usually planned alongside the advertising side, so measurement, form flows and performance requirements are designed in from the start.
How long does a web project take?
Timelines depend on page count, integration needs and content readiness: a single landing page and a multilingual e-commerce build do not share a schedule. The proposal sets out the work breakdown, phases and delivery dates in writing.
Do you provide support after delivery?
A defect-fixing period is defined after delivery, and optional maintenance and development packages are available. Maintenance covers updates, backup checks, performance monitoring and small enhancement requests. Scope and response times are stated in the contract.
Do we own the source code and the data?
Yes. Source code, database and content developed under the contract belong to the client, and hosting and domains are registered in the client’s name. Any third-party licenses are listed separately in the proposal.

Health tourism

Advertising and measurement for clinics acquiring international patients.

How does health tourism advertising differ from other sectors?
Decision cycles are long, demand arrives from several countries at once, and advertising policies are more restrictive. Campaigns are therefore built around staged goals — first contact, qualified consultation, booked treatment — rather than a single conversion. Language, currency and time zone differences are reflected in the structure too.
Which languages can you run campaigns in?
Campaigns are built in the language of the target market, most often Turkish and English. Ad copy and landing pages are planned in the same language; machine-translated pages are not left in production. Before adding a language we review search volume and competition in that market.
How do platform policies work for healthcare ads?
Google and Meta apply restrictions on healthcare content, targeting and, in some countries, certification. Campaigns are built with those policies in mind, following platform rules on health claims, before-and-after imagery and sensitive-category targeting. Disapproved ads are reported together with the policy reason.
How are incoming patient inquiries tracked?
Form, WhatsApp and phone inquiries are consolidated in one place and, where possible, linked to a CRM. That shows which campaigns produce qualified inquiries rather than volume alone. When personal health data is involved, storage and access follow Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and related regulation.
